No. We are only negotiating and changing the amount you paid for your existing fare class and seat(s). We are unable to negotiate a different fare class. We encourage you to log into your frequent flyer account and confirm that the seats you've chosen are the same. If there are inconsistencies, call your airline to resolve.

It depends. Some airlines view these partners as the booking source and may restrict our ability to negotiate on your behalf. While we do attempt to negotiate such tickets, our success rates are generally lower in these cases.
